Here's this months offering, getting a bit behind unfortunately, though I say that everytime. This one is based on the myth (or is it?) that somebody put a 100 pound note in their PhD thesis when it went to the library, and on their return some decades later found it still there. So y'know, I've ripped the idea off basically. It wouldn't surprise me completely if it was true, I've seen a lot of dusty old books knocking about in bookcases.

This brings to mind a question I was meaning to ask - what sort of scientist are you?
ReplyDeleteI'm probably too much of a hack to be called a proper scientist, maybe techician describes me better. I'm trained in Geology but am working more in environmental chemistry now.
